Pastor and Sis. Scott Hall
Pastor and Mrs. Scott Hall began there ministry together in Ft.
Worth, TX while serving under the leadership of Dr. Mark Hanby at
Truth Church. They began a “street mission” and served the
community there for nearly 4 years, interacting with hospitals and
human services departments. They witnessed the saving grace of
Jesus as large numbers of people came seeking assistance from
the mission.
Pastor Hall also served the community of Ft. Worth as a licensed
funeral director and embalmer.
In 1987 God called them to Charleston, WV to serve under the ministry and leadership of Pastor W.H. (Billy)
Cole at the North Charleston Apostolic Church. They ministered in various positions for five years until God
spoke to them to come to Princeton, WV, to begin a Home Missions work. Revival broke out and has not
stopped for over 17 years now. Through personal evangelism & home bible studies, Pastor and Mrs. Hall have
seen hundreds baptized and filled with the Holy Ghost, all to the glory of God.
They have also seen God work tremendously in Wytheville, VA, where they began a daughter work in 1999 and
continued until 2003 at which time they turned the work over to another Pastor after being elected to state
positions with the WV District UPCI. Most recently in January of 2008, they felt the tug of God on their hearts
once again and began another work in Blacksburg, VA, HOPE Ministries, which continues under their
leadership.
Pastor Hall has previously served the West Virginia U.P.C.I. District as the Home Missions director, District
Presbyter of Section 5 and as the District Secretary/Treasurer. In January of 2008 Pastor Hall became a
member of the Worldwide Pentecostal Fellowship (WPF) and was appointed a General Council Member and
also elected to serve as Chairman of the East Central Region of the Worldwide Pentecostal Fellowship.
He currently serves as the chaplain on the Princeton Police Department.
Kathy Hall previously served as the West Virginia District Ladies Secretary-Treasurer and now holds the
position of the Ladies Director of the East Central Region of the WPF. She works faithfully alongside of her
husband in every area of ministry and oversees all operations of PAC and HOPE Ministries as the Church
Administrator.
Pastor and Mrs. Hall are the proud parents of a beautiful daughter,
Raegan and a wonderful grandson Daniel.
